• Print out the form and distribute to your Conference Participants along with an envelope for them to include their payment.
• Collect forms and payment and drop off at Hoagie Express
• We will deliver Sandwiches, Salads, Chips, Soups, Drinks and Cookies to your Group!!!

A Few Hints to make it even easier....

• For Large Groups try to drop off completed forms 2 hours before you want lunch delivered
• Drop off completed forms a day ahead if possible (for multiple day conferences)
